The two female representatives present, described as Latina with black hair, dressed extremely unprofessional in Yoga attire — no proper visibility in uniform, appeared to be engaged in personal conversations amongst themselves and on their mobile devices, demonstrating a notable lack of professionalism and attention to customer service. Furthermore, my experience with these representatives suggests a profound lack of integrity in their sales practices. Subsequent account review revealed that unauthorized service lines were added to my account on two separate occasions without my knowledge or consent. Due to the severity of these issues—the unprofessional conduct and, critically, the fraudulent addition of services—I have escalated this matter. I have utilized professional resources, including colleagues working for the corporate office, to formally report these actions to the Head of Indirect Sales for the district. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.
