Edwin saw my stress, listened to me attentively, and assisted me with incredible kindness and empathy, total patience with my somewhat complex situation, and stellar customer service. I left with a new phone, none of the stress I’d arrived with, and even in a positive mood thanks to Edwin’s hard work and dedication. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to assist me even though he could’ve told me it was too late, and for going above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and left with my needs met.
