- MVMiosotis Vargas2 days ago1.0Very unfriendly, lock of professionalism, sarcastic, no help at all. The manager is the worst. I went with My disabled brother because he lost his phone and reported since October and they keep on charging him. We try to call Verizon many times and was told to go to a branch to reopen his line and get a new phone and the associate didn't know what to do so he advised to wait for the manager who was attending another costumer. The associate let him know that we need his assistance. The manager finished with the costumer and started a new conversation about a game. Mind you there was another 3 more costumer waiting after me that the assesible couldn't help. When he finally decided to come to us he asked what is the problem with an attitude. I explained to him and he said you need to pay and that it's. We explained we spoke to an associate over the phone few times ; which wasn't no help either and said to go to the Verizon headquarters to fix the issues. He didn't want to heard nothing. He said the phone line is lost and you need to pay your balances and that's it. He didn't even try to calle version or nothing. He was so rude and mak us feel so embarrassed

I spent five hours in the store upgrading phones on our family plan (big family) and watched him with other customers coming in and out of the store - I was quite impressed with his professionalism, as well as his patient and kind manner. The store had a great selection of cases and accessories which were discounted for us since we were spending so much on our upgrades. Better experience than Apple Store for us. Highly recommend.
