  Had a small issue with an employee that goes by the name Daniel or something big for head braids glasses light skin Dominican or Puerto Rican or whatever. Point is I had went to the Verizon store to try and open a phone line , had a small issue with my old company had rushed and told me I couldn’t open up an account too figure it out on my own contact my old phone company, when I seen other employees contact the company for the customer this dude was rude about it had told me he couldn’t help me because the moment I arrive he kept shouting we closing at 7 and it was only 5 something he kept shouting the same thing till closing . If you going hire rude as people like this that don’t wanna help customers and more focus on going home and closing the store at 7 on the dot ain’t the right move . Unprofessional messy and rude , had to go a reconnect my phone to my old phone company dude made me not want too go there at all . Especially since his been more focused on going home than helping customers and make his sales . I run a Dunkin at LaGuardia and I’m more professional than this dude . Sometimes when we about to close up we stay open till the last flight even if we supposed too close at 10 and last flight at 11 or 12 I stay open to fulfill the customer service and satisfaction everyone needs and deserves.   I visited this store on Tuesday, February 11, 2026, with my mother’s phone, which had been locked after multiple password attempts. My mother has dementia and often forgets her password. The male representative who assisted us was incredibly patient, professional, and compassionate. He took the time to listen, understand the situation, and troubleshoot the issue with genuine kindness. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, his empathy and care truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the exceptional help we received. From the moment I entered I was greeted and the security officers were also very kind.

  Went to the Fordham Road store after my phone got defective, and would no longer charge. I met Nicole who solved my concern, made a smooth transition from my damaged 13 Pro to a brand new 17 Pro Max whiling qualifying me for the business promotions! Thank you Nicole for all your help! She was amazing!

  I had the most professional and amazing experience with Verizon thanks to Liam (hope I spelled it right!). Coming from a company that talks a lot but never delivers, Verizon has been a breath of fresh air. I switched from T-Mobile after 17 years, and after just 3 months with Verizon, I can confidently say it was the best decision I’ve made. The service is great, but the customer service is even better. Liam truly went above and beyond. He made sure I had everything I needed, explained things clearly, and turned my stress level from 1000 to 0 in minutes. Even months later, I still tell people that Liam gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Your time, patience, and support were greatly appreciated. If you’re visiting Verizon — ask for Liam! 🙌🏽
