  MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS VERIZON STORE STARTED OFF WELL. JAYDEN WAS HELPFUL, HOWEVER MY ENDING EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. WENT TO THIS STORE 3 SEPARATE TIMES, ENDING WITH THE CRAPPY MANAGER CONROY YELLING AT ME LIKE A CHILD, BLAMING ME FOR ONE OF THE THREE PHONE BEING REGISTERED TO A “MEDICAL COMPANY”AND TOLD ME I SCREWED THE PHONE UP WITH THE APPLE ID AS WELL! EASY ENOUGH TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER!! I HAVE SPENT THREE DAYS IN THIS STORE ONLY TO BE BLAMED!! DISGRACEFUL!!

  The representative Gerado at the Bay Plaza location was very patient, helpful, professional, courteous, and I would recommend the Verizon keep staff like him around to work with the public because of people person attributes that he has.

  MEANEST MOST RUDEST DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES EVER I LITERALLY WALKED OUT CRYING AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR TO BE ABLE TO ADD A LINE TO MY ACCOUNT OR SWITCH TO A FAMILY PLANS SINCE IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS 10th birthday and all she wanted was a phone after waiting for and your and 7 people ahead of my the employee told me in his exact words @ I CANT ADD A LINE SINCE YOU JUST OPEND THE ACCOUNT 2days ago mind u i had left a different store which was able to get my plan to add a line but didn’t have to phone in stock so they sent me here just for the employee to tell me I can’t and I asked can he atleast try since I waited a hour and he didn’t even speak to me more than 5 mins he refused in front of many people to atleast try because it’s “A WASTE OF HIS TIME “ and I asked for a manager or someone else to please try and got treated very nasty when asking for his name he refused and got real loud and disrespectful so I asked for a number and new for my attorney to contact over this incident but instead I got humiliated yelled at and treated really bad mind all WHILE I’m 5 months PREGNANT so not only did I get the worst treatment but also my daughter got no birthday present or anything I will be having my attorney get the surveillance footage and the employees names . Really making me regret leaving T-Mobile WORST STORE EVER MY ADVICE GO ELSEWHERE OR ONLINE
