    Had an order that was promised to Be ready for pick up in two hours currently waiting for my order to be fulfilled had customer service agents from Verizon reach out to the store three times to fulfill the order and the store has completely ignored those request

    Update: I opened a case with BBB and FCC regarding this location and I was called by Executive Relations from Verizon regarding the issue. The person informed this situation with the manager was unacceptable, I informed to look at the reviews regarding complaints regarding the manager, very unprofessional. Later on I received another call unsure from where but they gave me the information of Verizon Headquarters in Basking Ridge NJ and another in 1095 Avenue Las Americas in Manhattan and to write to them and it'll be handled more seriously, which I definitely will be writing too. I visited this location today 11-11-25 between 4:50pm and 5pm because I had to return an equipment and Customer Service told me to go to this location and if I had any issues to have them call them. I waited 20 minutes more or less and a Rep attended me, but the manager told him he had to go to break. The manager took over, and I explained the situation that was happening. This so-called manager representing Verizon just comes out and says, "well I can take the equipment but all I can do is throw it in the garbage and you'll still get charged $300." He didn't bother in calling Customer Service to see how the issue I was having all day could be resolved, or as a supposed manager see how he could help me, no his response was he'll accept my equipment and throw it in the garbage. This is what represents Verizon. I was able to call back Customer Service explained what had occurred and they took a statement for Corporate and found another way for me to return my equipment. This person should not be allowed to work with customers. I do not recommend this location at all and if this is the employees that Verizon has, I do not recommend Verizon either. This was my first experience with Verizon, and it will be my last. I have been with my wireless company for 18 years and never have I had an employee speak like that to me. Totally Horrible.

    Me and my wife came to this location hoping that the drop off would be a quick in and out. Tldr of this, it wasnt. The self proclaimed manager who was wearing glasses and was bald and was black did not want to help us at all. He had us contact customer service and he wouldnt even talk to them to figure out what was wrong with their system. He kept on saying that he is too busy and wouldnt help at all. WE ARE CUSTOMERS TOO RIGHT??? It took us 2.5 hours with back and forths between him and customer service. Customer service finally said that we should just go to a different store and told us to go to the one in yonkers at cross county. Yasmin the agent at yonkers was very helpful and resolved our issue in 5 mins. I cannot thank her enough. AVOID THE BAY PLAZA STORE, give the cross county store all the sales and commisions instead because they are very very nice and helpful.

    I went to get a new phone because I have an upgrade. The girl try to cancel the phone I pre order which never came. She called someone to cancel and the guy did not know his job. He kept asking for my number 10 times. I am a 24 year customer and Verizon service is horrible. How Verizon didn't do a background check to see if this person knows computers. In all my years I have never been through such crappy service.
