The customers. Even when no one's scheduled and they're not helping anyone you must have an appointment. Geeks only exist because they're supposed to be SMART and the age of electronics have given them a platform to be important enough for us to have to even talk to them. Now this may seem like a Rant. But honestly this needs an upgrade guys! Watching you twiddle your thumbs would make anyone crazy! This is not a doctor's office! Help the people who are the reason your there for!
