She took the time to explain a promotion, helped him purchase an iPhone and AirPods at an amazing price, and patiently showed him how to use everything. She even helped him create his iCloud, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It was truly a great experience. Her customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be going back to her again for both myself and my brother. Highly recommend!
