I call and they give me every excuse in the book, saying they don't have enough staff to make the delivery. Today, the tenants called me from the city because of Best Buy's incompetence. Never, ever buy anything here; there are many better options. Don't make the same mistake I did ,they cancelled the delivery 9 time

Each time they attempted a delivery they kept going to the wrong location and refused to come to the correct one because they had other deliveries to do even though it was their fault. Went in store for help and they were useless, manager was no help at all. All they suggested was to cancel the order and repurchase it without the discount I purchased the tv with. Ridiculous.
