    I found out two major transactions of $8,766.50 were made from my account at this store today! I live in Texas so there is no way I made these purchases! Whoever made the purchases needs to be arrested!

    Everyone is always so helpful and pleasant at this location . I picked up my new phone, traded my old phone today and was in and out. All the staff were helpful to me and I appreciated the help. I appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, dedication, support and welcomeness. Will definitely be returning.

    I had an excellent experience at the Bay plaza Apple Store thanks to Rose, our Apple support tech, and Rae, the manager. We came in because my son’s phone, only three months old, was having audio issues. Rose took her time to thoroughly explain the situation and walk us through our options, making sure we understood everything. When we expressed our frustration about the hardware issue, she immediately involved Rae, who reviewed the situation carefully and graciously comped the repair cost. I am so impressed with the professionalism, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction displayed by both Rose and Rae. They truly went above and beyond, and it made a stressful situation completely manageable. Thank you!

    Español/English: My experience was terrible. I had issues with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, so I went to the store to see what they could do: They ran diagnostics without even explaining what they were doing. Then they didn’t even tell me what the actual issue was, despite everything I had explained. A guy shows up with a replacement and just goes, “Sign here to get a new one.” I shouldn’t have signed, but I was frustrated and went along with it. After I sign, then he checks and tells me I haven’t backed up since 2023, and that’s the backup he was going to use for the new phone. I refused because I have memories of my little sister who’s no longer with us. I asked if we could transfer the info using the blue circle that shows up, and he just said no, that it takes too long and I should just buy iCloud storage and do a backup. I agreed because I needed the info. Then I told him to forget it and just give me my original phone back — the only issue was with Face ID. He says it can’t be canceled, but admits he messed up — he should’ve told me about the backup issue before asking me to sign and should’ve checked everything first. So now I’ve paid for the iCloud backup, removed my screen and camera protectors, waited over 2 hours, and he’s still saying it can’t be canceled. Then, right when the store is about to close, that’s when he cancels everything and tells me to leave — that he talked to his supervisor and they’ll figure out how to cancel it. I left without my screen and camera protectors, with the same phone, wasted my time, spent $12 (which isn’t a big deal, but still unnecessary), and in the end — NOTHING got fixed. Horrible customer service! Mi experiencia fue terrible tuve problemas con mi iPhone 17 Pro Max, me dirigí a la tienda para ver que solución me podía 1- corrieron diagnósticos sin explicarme que estaban haciendo. 2- Luego no me dicen cual era el problema de todo lo que explique que me estaba pasando. 3- Llega con un reemplazo y solo me dice: Firma aquí para darte uno nuevo, no debí de firmar pero por mi momento de frustración acepté. 4- Me dice que tengo que entregar pero después que firmo es que el revisa que no tengo respaldo desde el 2023, y que ese era el que me iba a pasar para el nuevo lo cual me denegué ya que tengo memorias de mi hermanita que ya no está en este mundo. 5- Le digo que si podemos pasar la información escaneando el círculo azul que aparece, me dice que no, que eso toma mucho tiempo que mejor compre espacio en iCloud y que haga el respaldo lo cual acepte porque lo necesitaba, a todo esto le digo mejor que cancele y que ya me deje el mío “el problema era con el Face ID”. 6- Me dice que no se puede cancelar pero que el error fue de él porque tenía que decirme antes de firmar lo del respaldo y el tenía que revisar todo eso antes de ofrecerme esa opción. 7- Después que me hace comprar el respaldo, quitar mi protección de la pantalla y de las cámaras y esperar más de dos horas (Y diciendo que no se puede cancelar) y yo esperando. 8- Cuando ya van a cerrar es que el cancela todo y me dice que me vaya que él habló con su supervisor y van a ver como lo cancelan. Me fui sin mis protecciones, con el teléfono igual, con el tiempo perdido, gasté $12us (que aunque no me importa fue algo innecesario) y al final no soluciono NADA! Pésimo servicio al cliente!
