  I had a terrible experience at this store with the staff. My iPhone 17 Pro had numerous problems. I went back more than six times, and each time it was a different story. Every time I spoke to a staff member, I never got a straight answer. In the end, I left extremely frustrated. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They don't do a good job for customers who pay a lot of money for a supposedly Apple device. This is a disgrace.

  The worse experience of my went in there to get a phone watch and AirPods walk out with nothing and -$300 between cabs and baby sitting please do not come here no one was willing to help me with the inconvenience they caused me I will be reposting this through all my friends family and social media to alert people of the scams going on in their store I recorded everything and I will get to the bottom of this

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Apple Store. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. After checking in, I waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to then be left waiting an additional 45 minutes with absolutely no update, no explanation, and no courtesy check-in from staff. Watching employees walk past without offering assistance or even basic communication was frustrating and unacceptable. My time is valuable, and the total disregard for it made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. After nearly an hour of being ignored, I decided to leave. I will not be returning to this Apple Store again. If you value your time and expect respectful service, I strongly suggest reconsidering visiting this location.

  @Apple, your Coop City store in the Bronx sold my church an old Magic Keyboard as new. When we tried to exchange it, staff refused and suggested we’d swapped the keyboard ourselves. This implies employees are swapping used products and selling them as new—unacceptable. We’ll purchase a new keyboard, record the unboxing, and file a chargeback for the faulty sale. #Apple #ScamAlert

  Great experience at the Apple Store this past Sunday. I didn’t even know this mall had one, but I’m glad I stopped by. The staff were friendly, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service.
