- QQQ Q1 day ago2.0The guy with the long dreads is extremely rude and sexist. He saw me waiting for him, and he deliberately ignored me not to even extend the courtesy to acknowledge me. Of course, I found a sweet associate woman with glasses who was happy to help me buy headphones. The store wasn’t even full, so I don’t know why most employees here especially the men stand there like looking like little diva mannequins.

And the associate who was working with us his name was Tommy and he was STELLAR!!! Best customer service I had ever received. I will be back this is now my favorite location!!! Thank you Eli and Tommy. Your customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!

I went back more than six times, and each time it was a different story. Every time I spoke to a staff member, I never got a straight answer. In the end, I left extremely frustrated. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They don't do a good job for customers who pay a lot of money for a supposedly Apple device. This is a disgrace.
