Overall we have spent 13 hours just trying to replace our phones. As I write this we're actually in store waiting now. I don't think I'll ever step foot willingly into one of these stores again instead of just ordering a phone online. Some of the staff were very helpful. Others were not. Specifically those who watched the person who was working her first day struggle. It was painful and obnoxious to see two dudes stand behind her and offering no productive help.
