She went to her usual Verizon store in Patchogue when she had a virus on her phone and they were not helpful at all except to give her a list of places she could go to get it corrected. Thankfully she picked Russell Cellular. Eric was quick in fixing the problem. He was patient and kind to a senior who is not very technological savvy and turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you for being so kind and patient with my mother and we would both highly recommend Russell Cellular.
