- LFLaura FinnSep 13, 20255.0Dr K and the entire staff are the nicest people. I had to bring my dog here for a biopsy, and I was clearly very anxious. They not only treated my dog with so much love and kindness, but Dr K brought her dog out to me in the waiting room to keep me calm. And the staff were really nice.

I would not go anywhere else! My dogs have seen both dr. Kraneberg and dr. Monck-rowley over the years and they are both so wonderful and caring! They take extremely good care of my dogs. And the staff is fantastic! Everyone there is so friendly, professional and loving toward my pets. It is always a pleasure to bring my dogs there! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new vet

They have been there for me, my family and our pets through the good times and some of the hardest times. I can never thank them enough for their genuine care for my pets and for the kindness they have shown me and my kids. I will never not trust them with my pets.
- LLLisaMay 12, 20202.0While the care they provided is sufficient enough, I have never, ever in my life of owning dogs had to pay for a follow-up appointment after an initial visit. My dog was treated for an injury and the doctor wanted him to come back to check progress of recovery. I was shocked when they wanted nearly $70 just to remove a bandage (and even telling me it would have been more expensive had they had to replace the bandage...which is a standard gauze bandage that can be purchased at CVS). Literally nothing else was done that could have warranted an extra charge....after I paid a significant amount for the initial visit. Shame.
