  I went to Geek Squad for what should have been the simplest fix imaginable--a basic keyboard replacement for my laptop. That's it. Instead, they somehow decided the best solution was to swap out my entire laptop without telling me anything about it. No warning, no explanation, and definitely no heads-up that doing this would wipe out all of my data. When I picked it up and realized everything was gone, years of files, personal documents, photos, I was speechless. A company that handles people's devices should at least communicate major decisions, especially ones that destroy data. It’s careless, unprofessional, and honestly shows a complete lack of respect for people’s data. The complete lack of transparency and care was unbelievable. I came in for a keyboard. I left with a new laptop and a massive data loss disaster. My trust in them is completely gone. If you value your information, do yourself a favor and avoid Geek Squad.

  BB has FAQ selection option where it lists seemly store-written FAQ however, there is no place where I can post MY question: which stores have mobility scooters that a handicap person can use to shop within the store? Update 2026 Mar 20: I do not do Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. So please offer alternative. Thank you
