If I could give no stars, that is what I would do, they may have good products, but the salesman will say anything to sell you a product. Make sure you know get the salesman name and extension number and get everything they tell you and writing. The salesman sold us a laptop convinced us to get the credit card and said we had 30 days and wait to get additional products with our gift certificates that would get added to the credit card when we try to use the certificates we could not on an ad to the laptop we purchased the problem may be with salesman that just want to make a Sale so they will lie cheat and steal. This salesman should be fired

I came to pick up a Christmas present December 23 and was informed that it was not there yet. They are very polite and told me that my item is in a truck that’s currently being unloaded. I asked how can I get confirmation? The manager took a screenshot of my order number and then communicated with someone in the back to confirm.
They confirmed with me and then the next day I went to pick it up . After picking it up, I looked at the Best Buy app and noticed that, it in fact it did tell me that it was going to be ready on the 24th instead of the 23rd. The manager did not state that I was incorrect or did not be little the transaction. I truly appreciate quality customer service, and I receive that at this Best Buy.

I love going into this Bestbuy! Employees are always looking to make your experience great! Only thing I wonder about is why this appliance is still on the floor? Not a good look.

Have been to a few locations with this Brand and had a great experience recently. I went in needing some speakers and really needed some solid advice & education on the product i was looking for .When I walked in, I'd have to assume it was the manager who promtly asked if i needed help .I told him my situation, and he got me exactly the right employee with the most knowledge for the product I was looking to buy .
The young man's name was Mike and he was absolutely fantastic . Listened to the problem I was trying to solve then recommended exactly the right solution. They did not have it in stock but found another location that did then he arranged for me to pick it up at a different location. The entire process was exactly what a customer should expect but so often in todays world does not recieve .
Kudos to the entire staff here for running a tight ship and actually helping the customer solve their problem .
Great job guys ....Mike you have great future ahead of you smart kid !!!

I definitely give props to Brian for showing hospitality and being such a great employee! He was about to clock out for lunch break but ended up helping me load the things I purchased onto the car definitely noticed how kind he was! Everyone else in the store were extremely kind and helpful!
