This is the worst Best Buy. Went to pick up an online order, asked to open the box to check if everything is in there. They refused and I found it to be suspicious. Guess what, when I got home, found out the power cord doesn’t match the tv. No wonder….Will never shop there again. It’s a scam they just want to get rid of the inventory.

The staff here is much better than most best buys.
These folks were professional and knowledgeable.
The store was "open" abd not cluttered.
One thing though...on the big fancy televisions...why do the show things on a loop that nobody would want to see?
They all do thus.
Change the channel guys and put on some sports, cartoons or an action movie. Geeez....

“Rich” is very rude, has an attitude and saw him yelling back at a customer. He has no sense of customer service or any understanding of basic human decency and respect. Disgusting behavior. Unprofessional and can’t understand him with that lisp.

None of the display Pixel watches that I was interested in possibly buying were working. The batteries were dead and no one was able to plug in the chargers.
No one was working the registers so we had to wait on the line for returns to be processed to buy a cable. We almost walked out.
