- GSGeorge SpirullaDec 6, 20251.0This place hires very unprofessional people they have an opening time of 10am & nobody ever opens on time one time they didn’t open until 11am 1 hour after their opening time. Today they are closed 30 minutes after their opening time and on top of that every time I go in depending who works there they charge what they want on phone bill if my bill is $50 depending on the employee for the day it’ll come out to $58 or $68 nothing changed and they all have a different excuse it’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t go here if there was another cricket in my area but unfortunately I have no choice but honestly after today I’m switching to boost mobile or something with better customer service and that hires professional people not just anybody that shows up whenever they want people have lives and have things to do I’ll be reporting this and taking photos of this to the cricket corporate.

- EBEl rey Que ha sido betrayedOct 27, 20215.0No soy de dejar reviews y menos para una tienda de celulares pero creo que esta chica Kari se lo merece, te estoy hablando de que se dedico de inicio a final a resolver todos mis conflictos con otros operadores incluso cuando yo no podia hacer nada para averiguar unos datos que necesitaba ella uso su inteligencia y ayuda de buena fe para conseguirlos. Creo que es un ejemplo a tomar en todas las tiendas de telefonos, hoy en dia a nadie le importas y nadie se toma el tiempo como ella lo hizo conmigo. Muchas gracias Kari espero que tu trabajo duro te lleve pronto al exito!
