  If you want accurate and professional help go to any other Verizon store except for this one. I have been a Verizon customer For over 15 years and currently have over 12 Active lines under two accounts. I have never experienced more unprofessionalism than the day I spoke with Jared, after receiving a phone call that he had argued with my elderly grandmother over the amount of money she was allowed to pay for her portion of the bill. After charging her the full amount and jeopardizing my auto pay discount on one account, He proceeded to abuse his authority by yelling at me and then proceeding to hang up on me after calling to inquire what happened and how to correct it. I am currently eight states away and had to spend over an hour on the phone with Verizon to correct his ignorance and upon red flagging this location, the Verizon representative verbatim said I apologize on behalf of Verizon for this location as we have numerous complaints regarding their staff who seems to feel above any policies and have a history of falsely informing customers they are only allowed to pay the full amount. This statement is also personally confirmed because I have two siblings who live in Arcade and have went in the same location to pay for their own line for five years with no problem however, when it comes to an elderly lady with Parkinson’s, he felt secure enough in his manhood to pressure her in to spending all her grocery money and causing an insane amount of frustration and work for other people right before Christmas. How Christ like let alone a performance worthy of manger salary. Jared, I hope your parents are proud of the man that you portray yourself to be because if there is one thing I know in life it’s that ugliness does not get far. May you refine your managerial skills and actually understand what it’s like to provide a professional courtesy to other individuals while offering help instead of acting like a teenager throwing a tantrum. You don’t have to like me to do your job and find a resolution for a customer with a company that you represent. Of course, if you do not wish to or make it optional as to which customers you choose to help, you should relinquish your job title because you don’t deserve it. I know plenty of courteous and more qualified people willing to take your position now.

  The branch manager was extremely personable and professional. The man knows his product lines too. I was also there to witness his handling of a disgruntled customer..Who was in fact in the wrong. Regardless, the manager handled the situation professionally and calmly.

  We met with Jared, who was extremely helpful in upgrading our plan to get us new phones and cut our bill down. Highly recommend here if you're looking to upgrade!

  Jared was amazing, he took time to show me phones & explain the differences & what would work the best for me. I would absolutely recommend this store, the employees were friendly, polite & knowledgeable!
