- DRDoreen RiccioJul 10, 20251.0My sister and brother in law where there purchasing new phones. Everytime we go to this location there are problems. The young lady who helped them didn’t transfer the data to their new phones (never been a problem before) and she had her boyfriend in the store as she was working. Not only did she not do her job well, her boyfriend was saying profanity’s in the store as my family was shopping. Absolutely ridiculous service. No other Cricket location give us as many issues.

Maybe skip working with people if you don’t have customer service skills. Seemed more interested in playing on her own phone than working & just rude with no explanation each time I asked a question
