- RVRodney VieleMar 6, 20221.0Very rude was adding a line and porting number and said 60 for first month was adding a 4th line I said it's supposed to be 20 that's cricket over the phone told me and she said no I asked to speak with Manger she said no I called cricket over the phone and they told her she was wrong by charging 60 very bad customer service skills and didn't know much about her job and took me 3 days to port a number cause something happened to the account and was supposed to call us back when she fixed it and never did and still would like to speak to the district Manger about this situation please
