    I needed a laptop to for business purposes. Yes, it was not cheap for a reasonable laptop. But the reason I am giving 5 starts was the help I received. The person was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. He was very positive and respectful. With the cost of everything going up, customer service can be the difference.

    Called to see if a product was available because the store is 30 minutes from my house. The woman who answered the phone told me it was in stock at this location so I drove out on Saturday morning and the store told me they never had the product in stock, and haven’t had it for several weeks. Love wasting my morning based on false info provided by customer service! Also the staff inside the store were confrontational when I asked how I can check product availability to prevent this in the future, they basically told me I’m out of luck. Avoid this location if possible.

    I seem to remember Best Buy having good service and rewarding shopper loyalty. Recently, when I had an unusual problem with my purchase, I was told the managers have no authority over the offshore call center. Long story short, I lost a lot of time and money under the false belief I would be better off shopping here than Newegg or Amazon.

    I used to think of Best Buy as worth going to for the great customer service but a 15 day return policy is not good customer service. The folks that work there are great, but the corporate policies are 1 star. Edit to add : Best Buy, in response to your reply. I don’t have social media. Please share an email address or another way
