So I thought to stop in my newer, local cricket store, had a very intelligent conversation with a rep that was there, Garrett. So my son and I returned the next day to make the purchase, But Garrett kept running into issues with the cricket system. Another rep that was there, Taylor, Stepped up and helped out. Even though she did run into some brick walls as well, through her knowledge and perseverance the deal got done. Extremely polite, patient and professional Representatives of the company. Highly recommended.
