  I'm a student who's strapped for cash, I had my eye on a $400 laptop that was on sale. The sales woman insisted that laptop wont run a program I wanted and that I should buy this $600 expensive laptop because it had a 6 hour battery life. I ended up buying it, the battery lasts barely 2 hours. I have no choice and still most of the semester to go through. I never expected to get scammed at a best buy.

  I went to best buy to get one of these new ventless washer dryer combos. The service at Best buy clearly 5 stars. The company they contracted to do the delivery and installation, Apogee Home delivery, half a star. The delivery process was a very frustrating and upsetting experience. Breaks my heart to give best buy a 3 star rating when the service in store was outstanding but delivery process must be factored into the overall experience. Update to this review, Apogee Home delivery reached out that evening and offered a sincere apology. The delivery was made the following morning. I am quite happy at this point.

  Horrible service , got a new iPhone and they wrote the model on the box because that’s how they identify the model (stupid) and manager was horrible , she was so rude and not wanted to help I reached out on Facebook and this what i got I do not know why it was written on. Did they end up doing the exchange for you? ^Jacob and they didn't do no exchange it was just waste of time paid $1296 for an ugly box and without any help

  I ordered a car starter online for my son (for Christmas). Got it early Dec. But they told me they could only install it Dec 21 or not till Feb 2026 (in saratoga springs, an hour away from me). I set it up for the 21st (a sunday,which I thought was weird but whatever). The day before they call me and tell me they don't know how I got scheduled for Sunday b/c they don't do Sunday appts. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! meanwhile I already told my son what he is getting for Christmas, EARLY! SO MAD IT WASN'T A SURPRISE FOR HIM! Now they tell me they can get him in for mid Jan 2026 in Watervliet (half hour away, much closer and why was I not offered that before?!). The service install was great! And fast so efficient over there in Watervliet!! The car starter bought is good too. The service and care from best buy NOT good at all.

  Possibly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I ordered a MacBook online and was told it would be available in an hour. I showed up to the location and was told by the pickup desk that they would not grab it and that they didn’t have to retrieve it for a week or more based on company guidelines. I ended up canceling the pickup order and walked over to customer service to buy a MacBook, and they grabbed it immediately. The pickup desk employee just stood around flirting with random girls coming in. I will not be making major purchases here again. It wasn’t even worth the $150 discount—just go to the Apple Store.
