  Please check all the low reviews before you go I didn't and I feel foolish it seems this location is notorious for breaking things during basic repairs and battery replacements and demanding people buy full price items to replace them. They broke my phone during a routine battery replacement. When I spoke to this location yesterday on the phone after they broke my phone they said if I brought my phone in today they would give me a loaner if I had to wait beyond today for a working phone and that they had the parts to fix it in stock. It’s the only reason I came back after they broke it. According to the Genius Bar team lead Jake with dark short hair and bad tattoos, none of that is true. He’s a smug rude liar who doesn’t deserve his job he’s horrible! They had me drive two hours to be told they wouldn’t try to fix it only replace it & the promise of a loaner was a LIE and he wouldn’t take responsibility for his staff breaking the phone during repairs despite several other employees claiming Apple was responsible. He told me despite paying for apple care + if I didn’t pay 599 on site for a new phone I could return I would have to go without a phone I could use until the replacement showed up which he claimed was at least TWO WEEKS from now and another hour drive each way to pick it up. When Jake told me I needed to buy a new phone he insisted they weren't comission based but these stores and individual sales' are tracked by corporate and if they aren't performing corporate knows. When I asked to speak to a manager Jake the team lead from the Genius Bar said “no one is above me at the Genius Bar” and refused my request. When I called applecare and the store manager after getting back home they confirmed I was mistreated and lied to by the Jake that I shouldn't have to buy a phone full price to return. Somehow *magically* after being told the item WAS OUT OF STOCK and wouldn't be ready for pick up for two weeks, TWO HOURS after my appointment ON THE SAME DAY they claimed they didn't have it in stock I got an email telling me it was ready for pick up. Why would Jake lie about it not being in stock and lie about my need to buy a full priced one to return? What is wrong with this location?

  Very helpful , make reservations. Savannah helped with my phone . She answered a ton of questions, I am not from the tech generation lol . Be she made it a lot less complicated. Very busy , I waited 9 minutes. And was taken care of.

  I was in here tonight (I am essentially never in Apple stores) and I guess I touched one of the staff laptops (left out on display without any labels like any other laptop) and a man comes over to me and tells me that is a staff laptop with confidential information on it and that he cannot have me touching it. I have no issues with that obviously, but I just feel as if he could've spoken kinder to me about the situation. I said oh sorry, I just really like the color of this one (this medium gray I've never seen), and he says yeah that's a confidential staff laptop (repeats himself as if I didn't understand him the first time), and says the ones u can look at are at the front. He doesn't try to describe the color to me, or the model or size, just sends me elsewhere. So I go back to my girlfriend who is looking to trade-in who I am there for and what I expect to happen happens as it always does. They do not have the model she is looking for in-store and tell her if she orders online she'll get what she wants in roughly 1.5 weeks which is incorrect because now we're looking online and it's a 1 month wait. What should've happened is that staff member should've sat with her and showed her the ordering process/made sure he was correct, and the one I spoke to should've showed me models and colors similar to the staff laptop I looked at. I really do not understand the point of these stores. Probably to sell u lower model items so that u can come back in to replace them more often thus making more money off you. Either way, train your staff better on being informed and talking to them in a way that seems helpful. Every time we've come into this store, we encounter an attitude that is not trying to service us in getting what we are looking for. I was hesitant on walking into this place, even just to wander. Turns out I was right once again.

  I came here on Wednesday amazing experience. My grandbaby has an Apple Watch already so I got her an Apple Watch band. The people who work here is so helpful!! These people are my favorite shout out to Diane. She’s my favorite. ❤️

  Go here over Best Buy seriously save yourself an hour of time and just go here for any apple product. The workers at least pretend to care about you dropping a few grand in their store.
