He was so sweet and funny and personable and was very clear about exactly what was wrong and exactly how it would be fixed. I really appreciated him and I hope he knows that he’s wonderful.

Sounds like the first line of a joke, but it really was a great experience thanks to Jeffrey, the specialist that the universe and Apple provided that day. Huge gratitude for understanding that while many seniors might need more help due to not being digital natives, they are still high-functioning humans cognitively, physically, and emotionally (in other words, just normal people). - ABAde ByronNov 10, 20251.0Bought AirPods approximately a year ago Stopped working after 4 months Brought to the Apple Store 4 separate times, where they replaced the case and then the left AirPod The fourth time AirPods were sent out to be replaced Received an email from Apple saying damage was due to water to both AirPods and case and were not covered under warranty AirPods and case had not worked properly since being replaced and were not exposed to any water at any point Called Apple Support to dispute and was told there was nothing they could do. I could either pay $250 for a new pair or return the ones that don’t work.
