- TKt k4 days ago2.0I went in to purchase a Moto g power as an existing customer upgrading their phone. I went to the cricket website and the upgrade cost was $110 base + $25 upgrade fee if I went through the website. I decided to go to the store because I didn't want to wait for shipping. I also got $40 ear buds. Based on my math, everything should have come out to $200 even when factoring sales tax into the mix. I got charged $250 and my receipt isn't itemized. The staff seemed nice, but when I got home I kind of felt like I got scammed. Next time I will just upgrade directly on the cricket website.
