  I bought a very expensive new MacBook Air through the store. I was promised 105$ return on my 7 year old computer. They sent me a box to return it in. I spent 200$ at a local Mac Store in a neighboring state to have the computer cleared to original factory specifications only because I had been promised 105$. I drove hours to have this done. I then am informed they are giving me 20$ for the computer because of a 'dent'. There was no dent when I sent it in. Which basically means they put the dent there themselves in order to not honor what they promised or it got a dent through Fedex. They sent me the box. The computer was a bit dirty. That I admit. I was told that they recycle the body and use what they can from the interior hardware so in fact a dent would be irrelevant. The dirt would also have been irrelevant. Moral of the story: Do not trust these people. They do not say what they mean or mean what they say.

  Absolutely superb from my computer not starting up to driving an hour and being assured, I would get a computer when I got there Gabby was my main genius Josh Matt and erin all amazing In and out New neo All info transferred and priced right In 1 1/2 hours

  I came in for a routine battery replacement and I left with a broken phone (screen and display were damaged with bright stripes down screen and slightly raised screen) that cost me $800 in lost value. Apple took zero responsibility or accountability and said my only option was to trade in for new phone that was $800 more because of the damage they had caused. I will never be coming back to this location and I recommend that no one else go to that location either because they obviously can’t handle routine services or make up for the problems that they create. I came in with a phone in perfect condition (minus the battery) and left with a phone that is now worth nothing. I wish I had checked the reviews of this place prior to going because seeing the 2.5 rating and over 50% of the reviews being 1 star experience similar to mine, I would have never gone. Don’t go to this location unless you want to have even more problems than you had before!
