The vet said my GSD was going to die in less than a year of a level 5 heart murmur. A year and a half ago. My GSD has been seen by other vets and has said her heart is perfectly fine..

Dr. Baker and his staff (especially Shannon!) have given our corgi so much more time after his Stage IV lymphoma diagnosis. Another clinic in town refused to see him due to his vet aggression. Dr. Baker, Shannon, and the rest of the staff gave him a chance. Not only did they get him through 1 round of chemo (now on round 2), his aggression at the vet is so much better. He needs much less sedative and anti-anxiety meds to have his infusions. He will run to the door of the vet when he gets out of the car. We cannot thank VCA baring enough for giving us more time with our firstborn fur baby.

Very kind staff. Went with a kitty who need help, waited for an hour and fifteen minutes for urgent care (Very appropriate waiting timeframe for an urgent care visit.) Staff are incredibly kind, treating cats and dogs as if they were their own. Waiting room had water if you need. Kitty needed help with a tooth, and the team addressed all around health, even trimmed the kitty nails and they didn't even mention it.
I would highly recommend those who are in need of urgent, or just a regular vet visit, to consider this establishment to take care of your needs.

Absolutely terrible service. You'll be treated like a number with no personal service whatsoever. Even if you frequent the establishment every month for years, they use so many interns that nobody will ever know your name or care about your pet. Today they threatened to keep KEEP MY PET until I had him vaccinated. That was the last straw. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
