We had the best personalized service by the manager, Pierce. He has an in depth knowledge of the products he sells and is especially versed in the tech side of things such as TVs and speakers. He was super helpful in learning about our options and helping us set up a home theater. All the other staff are super friendly too! Great store and great experience. Highly recommend. We have never experienced this level of customer service with zero pressure. And we did buy several items with zero remorse.
