  Very thankful for the staff. They are very polite and friendly. They explained everything up front and answered all our questions with respect. Definitely recommend this location

  I called today to see if they have the prescription cat food I needed. I was on hold so long I had time to grab my pets prescription and drive to their clinic prior to them getting back to me. I showed the receptionist my prescription and what I needed but to my surprise they wouldn’t fill the prescription without doing an exam on the cat first. My cat goes to VCA Barring in sparks and that is who prescribed the food my pets needs. This place wanted to charge me over $100 for an intake exam just fill a prescription that was written by another vet in the same company. That right there showed me this location doesn’t care about your pet that only care about your money and how they ca get as much of it as possible. It’s disgusting that this place is allowed to be in business.

  I would wholeheartedly choose no other vet to take my babies. This entire vet is filled with the most compassionate, smart, and supportive people I have come across in a veterinary business. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I have never been anxious or questionable about a visit. If you’re considering establishing please do. Thank you to this wonderful vet and their team ❤️

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding how my dog Molly’s recent appointment was handled by Vet Angela Vraken. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, I was told it was set for 9:00 AM. I later received a courtesy email confirming the appointment window as 9:00–9:30 AM. Unfortunately, I mistakenly focused on the 9:30 portion of that window. That said, I left work at 9:00 AM, during heavy rain, and arrived at your office at 9:15 AM, which was still within the confirmed appointment window. There was not one person in the waiting room, no visible patients being assisted, and no cars in the parking lot. Your staff weighed my dog and placed us in an exam room, which led me to believe we would still be seen. Shortly afterward, an assistant came in and asked to review the confirmation email. I acknowledged my mistake in initially focusing on the 9:30 time; however, the email clearly stated a 9:00–9:30 AM window, and I was present at 9:15. I was then asked if I could return on Friday, which I explained I could not, as I had already brought my dog to work and left work specifically for this appointment. A short time later, the assistant returned and informed me that my dog would not be seen. I want to note that I regret being short with the assistant, as she was simply relaying the decision. However, under the circumstances—my arrival within the appointment window, the empty office, and the absence of other patients—this dismissal made me feel as though Vet Vraken was simply pulling a power move rather than spending the 10 minutes to give me dog her shots.

  Brought my cat here to get a check up and update her shots. Couldn't be happier the level of service provided here. Every person that works there is awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone in Reno looking for the best of the best for their pets.
