- JHJocelyn HitchcockFeb 16, 20261.0Prepare to be overcharged and misguided. Basically it was a nightmare of sneaky business behavior promises never kept. Several return trips and calls to Verizon. Only Verizon was able to straighten it out and issued the refund. I was overcharged over two hundreds dollars.

When you activate a phone, the store charges $40 and Verizon charges another $40. Also they say free return in 30 days but they will charge restocking fee on each return. When you return whatever devices for example price of $600, Verizon charges $600 on your bill and if you don’t pay it they will disconnect. Then they will refund later maybe in couple of months. And if you won't pay for this ridiculous amount, they disconnect internet or phone service.
