I had a great experience switching to Verizon Wireless thanks to Blake! My previous online order got completely messed up (the phone was sent to the wrong address), and I thought it had been canceled. Instead of dealing with online support again, I went into the store to get help in person and I’m so glad I did.
Blake spent hours on the phone with different departments to fix port in issues with my old online account and told me to call to clear the unexpected charges, even though I wasn’t officially a Verizon customer yet. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my number was successfully ported over.
Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you want real, helpful customer service!

I originally went to an authorized retailer to upgrade my phones. They did something to not allow my phone number to transfer and they couldn’t figure out why. I went to this location and Blake put me on the right track to get everything sorted in about an hour, when customer service couldn’t do it in three days! He followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly with the transfer. He genuinely wanted to help and fix it.
If you go in to the store ask for Blake.
Give them a raise! He

Went in to upgrade my phone and My Representative Ronnie was really helpful and made sure I walked out of the store with the best deal getting me a new phone and not making my bill go up a ton! Really appreciate that, Verizon this guy deserves a raise!
