Not a real verizon it's an authorized retailer and they really screwed my wife's account up months ago and it's been a real nightmare trying to fix it im talking hours on the phone hours in person

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. We went to the store on my son’s birthday to get him a new phone — what should have been a happy and special day turned into one of the most frustrating experiences ever.
We were helped by Victoria and Andrea, who offered us a “special discounted” home internet deal. It sounded great at first, but it quickly turned into a mess. We were given three completely different prices for the same service, and none of them matched what they originally promised. The dishonesty and confusion were unbelievable.
When I tried to get clarification, Andrea suddenly walked away and said she wasn’t going to help me because “she had nothing to do with it.” After that, another employee came over — even ruder and more disrespectful — and gave my family and me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of care were disgusting.
We ended up leaving the store without a phone for my son, and what should have been a fun birthday memory turned into a day he’ll never forget for all the wrong reasons — watching his mom be lied to, dismissed, and treated with zero respect. I even canceled my home internet afterward because the “great deal” they offered was nothing but false promises.
The employees at this location — Victoria, Andrea, and the other rude associate — have no professionalism, no empathy, and no respect for customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this store. They will waste your time, mislead you, and treat you terribly.

We went into this location very close to closing time. Prior I had been on the phone with Technical Support, who was no help. Victoria “helped” us in store. When on the phone with technical support, they were providing a new eSIM, which I did not know would require WiFi to set-up so we opted to go in store. Well in store Victoria was very rude, she said she can do it but it will be a $29 service fee, for something we as customers have no control over. She said I can call and they can do it no charge over the phone so I suggested she call while we are in store considering I am in SOS mode and can not dial. She said “I can but I also close in 6 minutes”, essentially stating she would not help a minute past closing when her co-worker willing stayed to help the night we purchased the phones (anything for a sale). She was rude and had no true willingness to help.

No wait time, the woman who helped us, Sellita (unsure of the correct spelling) was very patient, explained all of the options of plans and upgrading our phones and made sure we had all the options and answers to our questions. Great customer service!
