  They take forever and waste your time simply to fill out paperwork, and they make you fill out way too much unnecessary paperwork. I never dealt something like this before. I took my iphone in to get a battery replacement and after i went home, they called me that one of their tools broke down and i had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my unfixed phone. Which they made me wait another 20-30 minutes to sign the release paperwork all because another employee can’t release a phone without approval of the employee (Shanon) who assisted me in the 1st place. I will never come here again. I give 1 star because they just wasted my time 1 3/4hrs in total.

  Sat in line for 30 min. Finally left. Better to make an appointment. The guy sitting next to me had an appointment and he was still waiting when I gave up.

  Took my laptop in to be checked, I thought I had a virus, got it checked, turns out I didn't. Was in n out of there within 20 minutes. Guys at the Geek Squad were great!!!!

  Just learned that the Geek Squad repair is absolutely useless... sent in my $1800 computer that I bought the $300 warranty on for them to tell me there is nothing wrong yet it turns off randomly all the time.... not only that but I get it back today go to use it and oh guess what, they forgot to give me my power cable back... I then try to call and tell them this and after 30 minutes constantly calling with not one person answering the phone I give up because they are now closed.... DO NOT! Buy the extended warranty through geek squad cause they will screw you over if you end up needing it...
