  They take forever and waste your time simply to fill out paperwork, and they make you fill out way too much unnecessary paperwork. I never dealt something like this before. I took my iphone in to get a battery replacement and after i went home, they called me that one of their tools broke down and i had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my unfixed phone. Which they made me wait another 20-30 minutes to sign the release paperwork all because another employee can’t release a phone without approval of the employee (Shanon) who assisted me in the 1st place. I will never come here again. I give 1 star because they just wasted my time 1 3/4hrs in total.

  I waited for over 30 minutes before someone finally came over—only to be told they were understaffed. And then walk away to help find one walked in after me. I already knew exactly what I needed to purchase, and the transaction should have taken less than 10 minutes. What made it worse was the completely unapologetic and indifferent tone from the staff. Extremely disappointing.

  Very dishonest!!!!! I recently took my gaming pc there because the were fps drops. Once they hook it up to a monitor, it will not post. They tried to diagnose the problem then they said the graphics card stopped working. Once I picked the pc up and hooked it to my setup, the graphics card worked flawlessly. The agents were too lazy to fully diagnose the system. I will never again trust geek squad again!
