  I would advise a different store. The Moana branch is the only one I trust. Went in today, asked if I spoke Spanish or English. This was after he told me he would be with me soon in Spanish (didn't respond) and then in English (I responded in English). I wanted to add an unlocked phone to my plan, an extra line. He questioned if it was unlocked and asked me to show him. I did. I said you don't how? But he insisted I show him. He was disappointed as he didn't really want to help me. The account is under my husband and I have added 2 lines before and am an authorized user but he insisted I wasn't. I know he didn't really want to help me starting with the snide, do you speak English or Spanish when he already knew. BTW, he was an older Spanish speaking person. So maybe it's my language?
