I bought a phone and since it wasnt working correctly i took it back 2 days later and the rude lady who works there named Yoselin Q was so disrespectful and rude. It says on the receipt and online when you return a phone, it has to be at the place you bought it from and like new, which the phone was still like new. I just wanted to return a phone that actually doesnt work and buy a new one and she rejected me with rude side remarks. I even asked for the manager and her snoddy butt says they get here when they get here. Miss Yoselin makes it to where you rather go with a different service. Cricket is great but i suggest to never go to the Northtowne one!! What a waste of time and money. And if you go there and she is working, trust me walk right out!!!
