I was frustrated but I went to the Northtowne store and the young man working fixed my phone in less than a minute!!! He also informed me on what settings to avoid so the issue doesn't happen again. Super knowledgeable about phones and definitely coming back here. Thank you Cricket at Northtowne!!=)
- CDCarole DayDec 15, 20201.0VERY poor customer service employee didn't have any answers for what I was asking so after the third time of trying to get answers I asked to talk to someone else he transfered me to the Cricket store on Clearance after trying to get an answer to my questions she merely hung up on me. When trying to call back no answer from the Northtowne store bought my phone from in the first place no answer or call back. NEVER have I had such rude and poor service. Have had Cricket service for 10 plus years. Thank you for making my decision to change service!
