They also told me I could only pay the bill by going into their retail establishment. The support and general knowledge of the employee was amazingly poor but she did get a hold of the supervisor and after a few hours update my pay my billing cycle and she did try and make an effort to really solve my problem in general I will go back there but with caveat of being more informed when I go in the door meaning do more research before I choose another product there
