Terrible customer service. I was trying to buy a watch band for my Samsung galaxy 7. No help was offered. Took ten minutes to get someone's help. Then they say I dont know what to tell you. Terrible shopping experience. Ill stick to online shopping from now on

Massive Security Breach and Unacceptable Service I am beyond appalled by the service—or lack thereof—from Best Buy. My initial refrigerator delivery arrived missing the back panel and all documentation. The replacement attempt was even worse. The delivery crew arrived an hour before the scheduled window. When I didn't answer (as I wasn't expected to be there yet), the driver entered my tenants’ home uninvited and without knocking. My tenants are in their 80s with limited mobility. This stranger walked into their kitchen and started opening their refrigerator while they were in the other room. When they called out to him, he simply walked out without a word of explanation. This is a terrifying breach of privacy and safety. Best Buy is responsible for the subcontractors they hire. Entering a private residence uninvited is a legal and safety nightmare. Absolutely unacceptable.

(Response added) The phone number doesn't reach the store front. It transfers you to an POS AI program and customer service who can't transfer you to the actual store. This is beyond rediculous and stupid. I tried to call about my TV installation being canceled, less than an hour before the end of the installation window, and was given two different stories. This leads me to question the integrity of Best Buy and their employees. I will now have to drive over an hour to get this resolved when a simple PHONE CALL to the ACTUAL STORE would have worked. How Best Buy resolves the issue with my order will determine if I ever come back. Response: This is beyond frustrating. If I wanted customer service to help me I would have called customer service. This is an issue that only the actual store can fix. What "customer service" could do was schedule the installation another 2 weeks out. That means installation will not happen until a month after purchase. I can understand this delay from a small mom and pop shop, not a multi-billion dollar company. Working in retail I can understand canceling because the order didn’t arrive at the store. I can understand canceling because the installer is sick. What I can't understand is being lied to about why the installation was canceled. I was given these two reasons and I can't connect with the store to figure out which one is the truth. This "directing calls to customer service so the employees in the store can focus on in-store customers" will put this company into bankruptcy because no one will want to deal with this. And it took me 3 hours on the phone with customer service to get them to send a message to the store manager (the employee who made this sale) to contact me. Sadly they haven't called me back. So now I have to waste gas and money to drive 40 miles to fix this issue that a simple phone call to THE ACTUAL STORE would have solved the issue.

Found this samsung 85in open box deal at this store .. drove 3 hours to get it.. before I bought It I called the store to make sure it had a box and I would be able to transport it over the mountain's with no problem and it would be protected, I was assured they have boxes and cardboard and xardboard and they will make sure its secured and travel ready and this is how they brought it out and loaded it with barely 2 sheets of bubble wrap.. I didn't get out of the parking lot before the poorly wrapped job started comming undone and ballooning out theres no way im making it 3 hours home... best buy way absolutely useless and refused to help any further

I came into this Best Buy to buy a pc controller and a phone case. I was also seriously considering getting an Alienware laptop and upgrading from the older one I bought at this same store. Yes, I am a customer. As I was browsing the store, nothing was different from any other time I've been here. The normal 15 to 20 employees, hovering over me, asking if I need help. This time, I noticed a security guard following me. I continued browsing and made my way to the higher-end camera display, again, something I've been considering buying as a customer. At this time, an employee walks up to me and says, "What are you doing?" Please remember, I'm only looking at a camera display. After a brief exchange in which he literally accused me of walking around, and I said they were terrible at this, I walked to the register — followed by the security guard — to buy the things I had. At the register, I spoke to a manager who, in the end, was not very reassuring about what happened. He stated it would be taken care of, and I told him I wanted to escalate it, and I mean it. He said he was the manager and gave me a Best Buy phone number to call. The cashier was the only one who realized that the creature turning into a Karen in front of him was a customer. He said he was sorry for what happened and stated they had recently dealt with theft. This is understandable, but it does not excuse the other employees' behavior. These employees could have sold me a $3500 laptop or $4000 camera--I had the cash and/or credit to buy these things--by simply engaging outside of "can I help you". You could have asked me about the item I was looking at and said things like, 'Have you used this brand?' or 'This is a good brand; I recommend it.' No, you dove into your paranoia and harassed a person trying to buy things they don't need. To the person or persons who might respond to this review under the name of Best Buy (Owner), why should I ever come to this store again? Why should anybody come to this store? If theft is causing this reaction, then lock everything up and have the many employees there grab the items and escort them to the register. That's a less ridiculous approach than the one your employees took today.
