  Techs here helped my wife with her new iPhone 17 Max Pro and transferring everything over from her old iPhone 13 Pro Max. The tech, Leon was excellent and did a perfect job. While I was waiting, 3 personnel approached me and all graciously asked me if I needed any assistance. While we were in store, I of course observed the educational presentations they were making, they were very current and truly outstanding. Funny thing, I have a S26U, so Android and also Windows guy, but crystal clear how good Apple Customer Service is and how well this location is managed. Kudos Apple Thanks Leon The Nielsens

  All the Apple folks are standing around talking to each other but won’t help me. Predicted fifteen minute wait. I just want a phone. Update: shoutout to the Genius Bar who went to ask for help for us and thanks to our awesome salesperson. Got out in under 10min with the phone.

  I should have read the other reviews before going in for a repair here. Rude dissimive staff. Management was awful and unhelpful. Worst customer experience I have had in years. Go to a different apple store if you can.
