All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

I did go back for help with one app. Myra was not visible & a store employee ask to help me only to tell me he could not help with apps he was too busy. I explained what I was told and I had one app the phone would not load. After a few verbal remarks he looked at the app & phone said he was not familiar with Signal I explained & he was able to fix the issue & load the app. I have been a Verizon customer for years and was buying. Second from this store. Myra was lovely and very helpful. I will not ask for his assistance again as what took literally seconds to fix he was condensing in his manner and as a good customer I resent his remarks! Not my fault your store is under staffed! He forgot to keep the old phone so back I will go & hope Myra is there!
