  My iPhone got stuck while charging. I took it to the Verizon store and Chris was very helpful. He put my phone on the charger there and it was working fine. We determined that my phone charger was not working properly so I purchased a new one and it’s working perfectly. Thanks to Chris at the Mesquite, Nv store. I truly appreciate your help.

  I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. While the initial switch had some hiccups, the better deal made it worthwhile. Jose Duran went above and beyond to resolve all my issues. He is a good listener and patient, and I appreciate his excellent customer service skills. I hope Verizon recognizes his hard work and professional attitude.

  Horrible customer service. It doesn’t matter how many people are in the store, the wait time is ridiculous. Myra was unbelievably rude, didn’t explain why I owed more money, did not listen to my concerns, and another employee had to step in to tell her to take a breather. Don’t waste your time here, go to Vegas or St. George.

  I am writing this review to specifically honor Jose, the customer service representative that helped me upgrade my phone and add my mother onto my plan while upgrading her old phone as well as a new Apple watch. José was incredibly helpful and efficient with the entire process. He also ended up saving me quite a bit of money by meticulously going through my previous plan and showing me the nonsense additions that the previous customer service representative had put on there from three years ago (this was in NC). I have never met someone so prepared and willing to do everything within their power to provide a truly astounding customer experience. I hope Verizon sees this message and gives credit where it is due, employees like Jose do not come around often and deserve to be recognized.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Warranty Not Honored I had a very disappointing experience with the Verizon Wireless store in Mesquite, Nevada. Six months ago, I purchased three iPhone 16 Pro Max devices from this location, along with phone cases and screen protectors that were sold to me with a lifetime replacement warranty in the event the screen protector cracked. After recently dropping my phone and cracking the screen protector, I returned to the same store expecting the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was told they no longer carry screen protectors for the iPhone 16 and do not plan to restock them, leaving me with no replacement options. I was then advised by the employee to go to Walmart and purchase a new screen protector at my own expense. What made this experience even more frustrating was overhearing another employee at a nearby counter actively selling the same “warranty” screen protector to a different customer while I was being told nothing could be done for me. This situation reflects extremely poor customer service and misleading sales practices. A warranty should be honored regardless of inventory changes. I would strongly caution customers against purchasing any warranty-based accessories from this store, as my experience shows they may not be honored when needed.
