  You were half way there, but I think there should be a new policy about booking long appointments at the end of the day. Or the day pass should be 24 hours from the time you enter the spa. NOT everyone has the luxury of arriving early. We were rushed out of our suite. Our massage ended and there was no interaction whatsoever with the people who provided service. They are getting their tip regardless and they know it. It sets a bad precedent. They don't think they need to earn it. We will never return.

  Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff. I had a thorough and enjoyable massage. They were quick to get us in as well!

  Anjel was awesome! I did a body scrub and signature massage. She was very attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. The spa facilities were very nice as well. It’s a small spa but has what you need for relaxation. All the staff that I interacted with during my time were great. Highly recommend!

  We availed their services on December 31 and while making the booking no one told us that spa will be closing at 6pm. We had an appointment for 4.30pm for 80 mins, so basically we couldn’t use spa facilities (sauna, steam room etc) after our massage. What irritated me most was they take 20% gratuity on the front end, plus charged $25/ person extra charge as it was December 31 and then the service at locker room was horrible after we were done with massage. We couldn’t even shower properly as they were rushing us to get out. It’s a premium spa facility but the treatment that was provided after the massage was truly extremely disappointing. No water, no tea - basically it was indicating to show us you should get out now. This was my nephew’s first spa experience as he turned 18 and our special occasion was ruined with this experience. I had used their spa services in the past, but this experience truly ruined my experience. I doubt I will go back again.
