  I am not a review person. Taking the time means that I had a truly wonderful experience at this location. Zach and everyone on the team today helped me get everything I needed. Also, friendly, kind, helpful, patient and knowledgable group of folks. It’s fun when you can enjoy people, save money and get exactly what you want. Highly recommended. Thanks guys !

  My experience with Robert was very rewarding .He is a person that every company should have representing them . He knows his product and presents it to the customer in a informative way that you feel no pressure. He knows his product, is none judgemental in your knowledge or lack of (which is my case) and very patient. Been a long time I have had contact with such a professional.

  Chris is the best! He was super patient, kind, and helpful! He set up our whole family on Christmas Eve! Helped us all get our Christmas gift haha! He’s the best! Go to him when you can :)

  We went in on a whim just before Christmas after a disappointing visit to a competing carrier's store nearby. We had been with that other carrier for over a decade and were looking to upgrade our devices. We scheduled an appointment in advance at that other carrier, but when we walked in, their store was crowded and we had to wait for a long time. We were eventually told that there were no deals available to us, as we did not qualify for any of the advertised specials. Those were only available to new customers. Also, we were told that the green iphone that our daughter wanted was sold out everywhere and on backorder. We were told that we would not be able to get one anywhere in Las Vegas until well after Christmas. We went back to the car feeling hopeless, and discussed how we were going to tell our daughter that she would not be getting an iphone for Christmas. We were ready to drive home, but remembered there was a Verizon store in the same plaza. We figured it wouldn't hurt to just go in and see. Seconds after walking into Verizon, John G. greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and offered to help us. No appointment needed, no wait. We told him about our experience at the competitor and he asked how that went. We said, well, we're here, so that pretty much says it all. Within a few minutes, John had us approved for a full family upgrade of all our devices, he brought out the green iphone and showed it to us, saying that there were plenty in stock, no worries. By the time we left, Christmas for the entire family was locked in with all new devices and gadgets for the whole family. John G. hooked us up!! We went back a day later and added an iPad mini and apple watch to the suite of new phones. The kids were shocked and thrilled when they opened their presents on Christmas day. John was amazing with us the entire time, and the experience of switching to Verizon was painless and supremely rewarding. I highly recommend going in and seeing what they can do for you. Talk to John and tell him Ron sent you.
