Walked in to get help with exchanging two phones. The store representative that helped me (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was amazing. She greeted me immediately as I walked in. Even after that store didn't have both phones I was looking for, she offered to look at other locations. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

i deleted my review from 4yrs ago so this would be updated.
went in hoping to walk out with a new 25 ultra, told MARTIN what i was looking for and that i didnt want to trade in my phone.
everything was looking good til he said that i had to pay the taxes to walk out with a phone and even gave me a lotalty deal, which i was grateful for, just wasnt aware that taxes had to be paid right then.
we chatted a little bit more, so when i told him again that i didnt wanna trade in my phone and unfortunately wasnt prepared to pay the taxes at that moment, he cut me off by saying: 'ok, thanks for coming in' and just walked off like i wasted his time.
this was the 2nd time ive had issues at this store, so needless to say i wont be back.

not as good as it has been in the past...even though there were zero customers in the lobby I was told to make an appt that was for a week away.
I understand that there are restrictions but no one was in the store and they were still open....no one came in the last 15mins they were open.

I bought an iPhone 17 today. I switched from T-Mobile to verizon. I went in to verizon seeking help transferring my phone number earlier today. Some younger lady, with horridly applied CVS makeup, had said my number has already been switched. I tried telling her it wasn't, I know it wasn't because I paid my T-Mobile phone off 30 minutes after picking my new phone up (to be sent the transfer pin for your phone number, the old carrier's phone must be paid off first.) So, not only was I burdened by communicating with an absolute eye sore, I was lied to by the eye sore because she was lazy. Instead of helping, she textbook gaslit me. Here I am, unable to text or make calls on a phone I just bought. Lovelyyyyyy
