- IAIsaac AndradeNov 7, 20251.0i deleted my review from 4yrs ago so this would be updated. went in hoping to walk out with a new 25 ultra, told MARTIN what i was looking for and that i didnt want to trade in my phone. everything was looking good til he said that i had to pay the taxes to walk out with a phone and even gave me a lotalty deal, which i was grateful for, just wasnt aware that taxes had to be paid right then. we chatted a little bit more, so when i told him again that i didnt wanna trade in my phone and unfortunately wasnt prepared to pay the taxes at that moment, he cut me off by saying: 'ok, thanks for coming in' and just walked off like i wasted his time. this was the 2nd time ive had issues at this store, so needless to say i wont be back. REVIEW FROM 2021: not as good as it has been in the past...even though there were zero customers in the lobby I was told to make an appt that was for a week away.
