I’m not a Verizon customer but I originally went in to look at the new iPhone and check out the plans the had to offer because I was under the impression my front phone camera was broken (so I’ve been told by T-Mobile and Apple) and Im almost at the end of my contract with T-Mobile so I wanted to switch over to Verizon at once my contract is done with. After explaining to Katherine my dilemma, she offered to take a look into my phone and to see what was wrong with my camera AND SHE FIXED IT! I don’t know how or what she did but after being told nothing could be done (by Apple and tmobile) and I had to pay for my camera to be fixed (the same price as a new phone in my case) I lost all hope but Katherine worked he magic and fixed everything for me! Once my plan is up with T-Mobile, I’m switching over to verzion and Katherine is the reason why!! She is absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone request for her to help them because she’s amazing. I felt as if I asked silly questions when it came to the plans but she was so patient and provided me with so much intel, information, and offered so many good deals to me and I’m eager to switch over once my 2 months with T-Mobile are done. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH KATHERINE!!!🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
