- SSSDec 29, 20251.0Be cautious of this location. They charged me a $50 “data transfer” fee per line, even though I left with all phones still sealed in their boxes. For reference, Verizon charges a separate connection fee per line, so this was an additional and unnecessary charge especially since they didn't transfer my old phone data to the new phones. They also failed to price match my T-Mobile plan as promised. Resolving this turned into a mess and required myself having to open multiple tickets with Verizon customer care. Verizon ultimately credited $200 back to my account for the improper data transfer charges and corrected my plan to match my T-Mobile rate. Be very careful what you sign from the location.
