Today is Jan 21, 2026 and I’ve been dealing with issues since November of last year. I tried to do an early upgrade and the process was a disaster before I started working with Ghiman. For the record, when I first went to the Blue Diamond Verizon store in September, I was dealing with a completely different staff. Since then, he’s answered numerous text messages and made several customer service phone calls on my behalf. I’ve been with Verizon for over a decade, and he’s by far the best salesman that I’ve worked with
