When I was directed to a corporate owned store, I saw the difference. At this location on Flamingo, no one was in a verizon uniform. When I was having issues with the gateway box not performing properly and not covering as much as my apartment as they said it would, tech services asked me to go to the corporate store on Charleston. I showed up at my appointment time, at the corporate owned location, explained the whole ordeal for the past two months I was going through. The staff were very understanding and took time to evaluate what was wrong. Turns out, the staff at the Flamingo location didn't activate the tier I had asked for, they put me on the lower tier and therefore, was not able to cover all of my devices, even though I explained that I had multiple smart devices as well as security cameras and my smart TV and gaming PC. Do yourself a favor, save the trouble and aggravation and go to a corporate owned Verizon location. Side note, you can pickup equipment at the Flamingo location, but they won't take it back. Had to have Verizon send me a return services label and drive the original gateway box to Whole Foods. Terrible.
