  O k, so I'm going to write a review on the insurance that I had purchased from Verizon on my Samsung device. All I had to say is wow. They had somebody show up at my house in the middle of a storm when it was raining Yesterday the same day that I had broken my screen. It was absolutely insanely awesome. The only thing that would actually make the whole experience more awesome is. Yes, they gave you a case to cover your phone after they had come and fixed my broken screen that would have been the cherry on the already awesome experience

  Huge shout-out to John Garabedian at Verizon! He helped me navigate a plan switch and a trade-in with zero pressure and total transparency. I was there for almost two hours, and he remained patient and professional the whole time, even helping me transfer everything and giving advice on cases. If you want a seamless experience with someone who isn't just trying to upsell you, go see him.

  Went in to try to upgrade my phones and Bernie was very helpful and made the whole process easy as can be was in and out fast and provided excellent customer service and took care of all steps even when I couldn’t get my password to sign in my account took care of everything and had me ready to go
