    Scheduled an appointment, uploaded my bill, walked in & all I got was attitude. No wonder this location has a garbage rating. Horrible management!

    We went to this on two different occasions and had very different experiences both times. The first was very welcoming and our guy was very nice and patient t and helped us with turning on a new phone. Our next visit (about 10 days later) the staff was not friendly and seemed like they were all hating their jobs. When it was our turn, she clearly didn’t want to work and in fact referred us to another Verizon store! It was uncomfortable to say the least. Won’t go back to that location.

    I had an so so experience at the Verizon store. The staff were friendly, and the store was clean, but there wasn't much of a reason to go there. I went in with an account related issue and was directed to call customer service to resolve my issue. They didn't have the access to make any useful changes. The only reason to go in is if you want to buy and activate a phone in store. That's really the only reason to go in anymore.
