- NNNicki NgOct 25, 20251.0I have never written a bad review before but after today’s visit, I must warn everyone that is planning to come to this location. I don’t remember the representative that I got, but she was a short asian woman that needs training on customer service or to find a new career cause she obviously hates her life there. I came in for a promo that Verizon had and she tried upsell me on another promo they had that required me to open a new line. When I told her I didn’t need another line, she told me to “open it and just throw it in the drawer”. Girl, read the room!! After I said no again, she got her manager to come over and try to sell me this promo. After repeating the reason why I came in, they finally gave me the promo I requested in the beginning, but not without trying to upsell me the mobile protection plan! I really fear for the elderly that come in that may be scammed from these employees. Please just go to an authorized verizon retailer than go to these scammers.
