This is for Verizon in general, but also this location. I switched to Verizon, porting the number i had for 10+ years and getting a Verizon certified used phone, should've been no problem. When the phone arrives and I unbox it, power it on and it notifies me that the phone is carrier locked to ATT!! I call customer service who sends me to this Verizon location. They advise me they can not help me with this but would be happy to add a line, give me a free device (36 monthly bill credits) and they can even put my number that I had ported over on this new phone, so it would have 2 numbers, until I get the other phone resolved. I left the store with a new iPhone that had no usable service at all!! After days of trying to get through to somebody, even waiting on hold for 2 hours when it was to be a 9 minute wait, just to be hung up on. Finally the new phone and line work. Still no help with their ATT phone. After speaking to someone they advised I could get 4 lines for the same price as 2 and I would be able to put my number to a new phone but to order the phones with their own lines and then put my physical Sim that allegedly had my ported number in it and it should work until I get the ATT phone sorted out. I make the order, pay the money, they flag it cancel it and now 7 days later still have not refunded me. After several more days trying to speak to someone I talk to a senior tech guy who convinces ne it is all sorted out and to go back in in the morning. Well I wake up in the morning to my lines suspended and of course can not get any help from Verizon. They end up telling me that they are canceling me and can not tell me why. So now I have an ATTlocjed phone that I purchased from Verizons website, an iPhone from this location that was going to be free after 36 months of bill payments but my account was canceled so......, and of course the money i paid for an order they canceled that still has not been refunded and on my side it still shows as a pending transaction so I can't even dispute it or get my card company to help!!! So I paid them several hundreds of dollars and got a week of service on a random number, lost my number of 10 years and easily $1000s in lost business do to this and an unmeasurable headache for all the things I have to gain access to without my phone number!!! Needless to say I am flabbergasted by all of this. Shame on you Verizon. I don't even know what to do because they literally told me there is nothing they can or will do and they can not tell me why or how this happened. I am phoneless now and out so much money that I absolutely could not afford to be out.

I needed to make an appointment for issues regarding incorrect billing every month. I tried to make an appointment to get there recurring issues resolved. Representative Jess called me to confirm the appointment but said there wasn't anything they could do about the incorrect billing. I told her I was fed up with Verizon and would be returning all the equipment, she became combative and continued talking over me like I was some kind of child. Very unprofessional and more training need to be done for her and staff.
As far as my continued issues, I will find out by the end of the day if I am a Verizon customer anymore or not.
