- FDFestival Director2 days ago1.0This is not Verizon. This is a fraudulent company called Victra. These are scammers. I went into the store to ask how I could find a lost/stolen phone and they said they could give me a replacement. All I had to do was pay for the taxes and their plan would be just $40 plus about $8 in taxes. Instead I was charged an extra $10 for a remaining balance. I had no remaining balance! They also charged a $39.99 set up fee without being told. Next day I had to pay $66.38 no where near $40. I also looked and got billed again for $132.93. This company is just full of lies. The worst part is the phone doesn't even work right. On top of that, when I asked for a screen protector and cover the rep tried to charge another $100 for it, saying "I got it for you".
