  Would have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the very rude girl with dark hair working the front desk. She is not friendly at all!! I was trying to give her over the paperwork on my dog and she demanded the entire folder (very rudely). I had no problem giving her the folder, but there is a way to ask for it nicely. Wow. It set the tone off to a bad start. Dr. Katrina seemed very sweet & knowledgeable, however when I brought up different options on treatment she shot it down quickly. At this point I am going to seek a 2nd opinion, but being they are all Rockefeller spoon fed this might be a rough road for us. Does anybody know of holistic vets in town?

  VCA has been seeing our family dog for 13 years since he was a puppy. As an older dog (golden retriever) with hip/leg issues, its takes a lot to get him going and into a car. 3 minutes late, office called and they were told be there in 7 minutes. Pulled into the parking lot and was told to late for an appointment and the appointment was cancelled. Terrible customer service and treatment when a person is already dealing with an emotional situation of an aging pet.

  After initially giving VCA a 1 star review I am changing it to 5 stars. The company contacted me about my experience and was able to help us out with our new pup. Dr. Robinson and staff were AMAZING! They were on time and took their time with us answering every question and concern, including informing us about their policy about being on time. I now would highly recommend them as a vet. Thank you for following up with us and making things right! Customer service actually does exist!! Thank you!! I wish I could leave a better review than a 1 star. We adopted our new dog and were given a complimentary check up at VCA. We made our appointment and upon confirmation we stated we would be running late as we were picking up our kids from school. “No problem, try your best to be on time”. Upon arrival after sitting in a construction zone we were late and told they would not see us. “You didn’t call and let us know you were arriving late”. The front desk girl even confirmed that she remembered we would be arriving late and remembered the conversation from the previous day. Please let me know what a phone call would have done?!?! Because we didn’t call while stuck in the construction zone literally outside their office was told they won’t see us. She did say that we could reschedule the appointment. Do you think she offered to help us reschedule the appointment? NO! Didn’t even offer to help in anyway what so ever. Make sure you arrive on time or they won’t help you. Can’t comment on the vet because we didn’t get a chance to see them. From the other reviews they sound great.

  This has been my vet for over 10 years. I trust them wholeheartedly and their service is unmatched.

  Love this vet and location. I drive 20 miles to come here. Was seeing Dr P who is now no longer there (sad) but still taking all four of my dogs there. Staff are welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is one time while sitting in waiting room I saw a worker come and tell a couple their dog was not well and needed to be put down. I thought this was the worst place to tell someone news about their beloved pet. I was crying. They needed privacy for that. I did tell the vet about it when I was later seen in the exam room for my pet. I do feel costs have gone way up for basic services for my pets and despite having club care I am still paying large bills every time I go in.
