Absolutely the best, everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor was understanding when I explained my baby was 14 and I was looking at a Non-Invasive, conservative approach. I would highly recommend this facility.

I went for a wellness visit voicing my concerns with a newly adopted dog that has biting issues, no house training and a lot of anxiety , he goes round and round in counterclockwise circles. The Dr seemed to care asking questions and such he saw him go in circles then the Dr went off to do research on this, but never came back an asst came and told me to walk him counterclockwise, Didnt tell me why. I asked about anxiety meds no one got back to me or called. They gave me a "goodie bag" with nothing in it but advertising pamphlets and a dog roller being a poodle mix he doesn't even shed he has hair. the bag is a waste of paper. I got no information about dog bites and what to do. of course they needed to do tests but no discussion on probable causes or health issues that may lead to a dog biting, just that "goodie" bag i had a coupon from Animal foundation that covered $250 initial visit was $98 ( a little high, average is about $70 ) so maybe something could be done with that extra $150, it was never discussed.

This is my favorite VCA location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been going there for at least 10 years. We've had new puppies and end of life experiences that have all been good experiences for what they were. It's not necessarily the cheapest, but with veterinary care sometimes you get what you pay for and this is definitely the case here. I recommend this location for your petcare needs.
