  It's not cheap but the care package for my pets gives me peace of mind because I can always take them in to get checkups.

  Very nice office. Staff was genuinely concerned for kitty. In and out quickly.Would recommend.

  UPDATE 2.24.26 - It has been over a month and not one person has 'reached out' to me. So it's down to 1 star because clearly they do not care about the comfort of animals. There is another VCA just down the road that is AMAZING...go there!! ORIGINAL: I wanted to love this place so much and the reviews made me think that I just might, but alas my search for a vet in Las Vegas continues. =( I made an appt with a female Dr, as my dog is not always comfortable around males, but when I got there I was scheduled with a male Dr? Now, I'm sure he's a perfectly nice person and I would understand if it was some sort of mix up or perhaps the vet I'd orginally booked with had an emergency or some such but I had called a few days ahead to provide some information, at which time I specifically told them that I needed a female Dr because my dog doen't like males, so if a female was not available they should've rescheduled my appt. Based on the reviews this is not a normal situation and the people did seem nice but, unfortunately for me, it just left a bad impression.

  Dr. Lager and the entire staff at VCA Animal Hospital were absolutely incredible. You can truly tell that everyone here has a genuine love for animals, and it shows in everything they do. My kitten was in critical condition when I came in, and I was absolutely terrified. Every single person at VCA was compassionate, attentive, and determined to go the extra mile to make sure my kitten received the best care possible. I was completely blown away by their kindness and dedication. Beyond the care for my kitten, I had my 4-year-old with me, and the staff was so thoughtful and gentle during such a traumatic moment. They even brought her coloring pencils and paper to help keep her occupied, which meant more to me than they will ever know. After a terrible experience at another animal hospital, my faith was truly restored here at VCA. These are people who will treat your pets as if they were their own. It has only been three days, and my kitten is already thriving — active, playful, and feeling so much better. We aren’t completely out of the woods yet, but because of VCA, I am still able to play with my kitten, and I could not be more grateful. I will be bringing all of my animals here from now on. Thank you, Dr. Lager, and thank you to the entire VCA team for your compassion, humanity, and exceptional care.

  I have been taking my little miniature pinscher here for a while for routine care and now for acute type 1 diabetes. The office, staff, and Dr. Townsend have been so wonderful, informative, and efficient in teaching me to manage my dog's diabetes and any other concerns I have. Everyone is friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!
