- BLB LOct 29, 20253.0I am just about fed up with the clinic on Hualapai. I brought my 3yr old Border Collie to get shots & set up appointment for teeth cleaning ( done last year). Told the doctor last year he was sick a week from medicine. The doctor said he is overweight & recommended a diet dog food from C@ I ordered it and got a follow-up from C@ Saying they never got the prescription. I called staff at VCA & said they sent it. Then I Called C@ they said never got E- Mail or Fax. Then recontacted VCA staff ( OH we will reorder.) My contract with the doctor, seemed. Disinterested In finding a solution To what calories would be beneficial to my dog in long run. Or help control tartar on teeth. I have been to other vets that have shown sincere care for animal. My be time to say Later I would like to thank VGA admission for contacting and follow up to my previous concerns. Doctor L was extremely helpful

The kind receptionist told me about hearts alive being a low cost clinic so I called them and within 20seconds was given prices of everything I was asking vca for. Sounds pretty shady. But at least I now know before I went. So use vca if you are ready to pay whatever they tell you when you show up and need the work done.. They can't even honestly tell you prices up front 🤷🏽♀️🤨😒
- MEMegan EdwardsSep 14, 20255.0Could not recommend this VCA more. I take my dog and cat to Dr. Domingues and we could not be happier with the level of care and attention. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions and we never feel rushed. We’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and are always placed in a room immediately so no stressful crowded waiting room time. VCA is on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, so for me, it’s worth it.
- AZAnna Zaton-BenaliAug 26, 20251.0This place is such a rip off ! I scheduled appointment with my cat for blood test because she lost lots of weight and I was suspecting she had hyperthyroidism. I was quoted over $1000 charge for it . When I told them I have a coupon for free first appointment they lower price to $700 which was still very high . When I told them it's too much and I will go somewhere else they reduced it to $500 Since I was already there I went for it . They held my cat on the back for 20 min. She came out all stressed out because they were trying to get her urine sample but her blader was too small to get it . So that reduced my payment to $360. Still overpriced . I went with my other cat to Boca Animal Hospital and with free first visit all her blood test and urine test cost me $260. This vet is running business by gouging people . Do not go there .😡 Well the response was very generic to my post ! Did you ever were asked to pay $1200 for the cat blood test ??! I paid for the same test without stressing my cat $ 216 in Boca Animal hospital. They have very carring and knowledgeable stuff there . VCA is all about money ..,, Not your pet !
